The Rush Henrietta National Honor Society once again hosted the “Carnival” event at Rush-Henrietta High School on March 8, 2013! (Yes, it was an incredibly busy week with fundraisers, but could not be more appreciative of all the kindness and love!)

This event continues to attract more people and raise more money each and every year. The staff and students throughout the entire district made this one of the most successful fundraisers in the history of Anna’s Wish.

An incredible amount goes into organizing this event and we here at Anna’s Wish could not be more thankful. The generosity and love at this event is amazing! Thank you to everyone involved, your hard work certainly paid off.

Going Bald For AW

On March 7, 2013 staff and students throughout the Batavia City School District volunteered to have their head’s shaved to show support for people fighting cancer and to raise money for Anna’s Wish. In total, 20 brave men, woman, and children allowed the clippers to remove…what many have been growing for a long time!

It must be noted, that some of the volunteers did not actually have to have their head shaved to achieve this feat…. mother nature has taken care of that for them!

A special thanks goes out the the Batavia High School National Honor Society for organizing this event and making it happen. We can’t thank you enough!

Anna’s Ball 2013

Many thanks go out to SUNY Geneseo and the 3rd Annual Anna’s Ball on 3/3/13!!! This event continues to be a wonderful experience for all who attend and a beautiful tribute to Anna and her spirit.

The students at the college are so supportive and interested in helping others in the community. Their selflessness is truly appreciated and the university should be very proud of what they represent.

Shopping / Wrapping 2012

We attempted our biggest shopping day in the history of the charity on Sunday, December 9. Thanks to all of the generous donors, the AW board for organizing the day, the relentless shoppers, and the tireless wrappers…. it was a HUGE success!!!
