On March 7, 2013 staff and students throughout the Batavia City School District volunteered to have their head’s shaved to show support for people fighting cancer and to raise money for Anna’s Wish. Â In total, 20 brave men, woman, and children allowed the clippers to remove…what many have been growing for a long time!
It must be noted, that some of the volunteers did not actually have to have their head shaved to achieve this feat…. mother nature has taken care of that for them!
A special thanks goes out the the Batavia High School National Honor Society for organizing this event and making it happen. Â We can’t thank you enough!
